What you do need is education, there’s no denying that. We all do. I’m a lifetime student. As a kid who went $55k in the hole for an education that was suppose to “help me get ahead” I offer this perspective. Don’t.
The most valuable education I’ve gained didn’t come from the pieces of paper collecting dust on a shelf from some “in the business of education” institution. It was the 4 years I spent in therapy that I found to be the most valuable in my career and my personal life.
